Automatic Collection

When you view the website, some information, including your browser type, Internet service provider, IP address and date/time of visit are sent by your browser.

IP addresses are logged in server records to assist in website security and function (error logs) for up to 1 year to detect patterns. If our website firewall detects potential malicious actions, your IP address will also be logged by our firewall and some data may be shared with our security company, Defiant, to assist in protection of the site.

Contact Forms and Email

You may choose to send us additional information by voluntarily contacting us through email or our website contact form. Contact form data is kept for 1 month in case email notifications don’t work properly and we need to retrieve the information to respond to your inquiry. We also collect IP addresses when contact forms are used to assist in security of the site. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share information you voluntarily sent us with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to maintain the site or fulfill your request. Your information, while stored on the site, may available to our website maintenance company, The Mayoros Agency LLC, in their roll in keeping our site functional.

We use Google Analytics on this site to gather aggregate data about the site health and improve it’s usability. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to this site is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy. We use Microsoft Universal Event Tracking for tracking conversions from our Microsoft advertising.
