Power Failure

Your grinder pump cannot dispose of wastewater without electrical power. If electrical power service is interrupted, keep water usage to a minimum.

Pump Failure Alarm

Your Low Pressure Sewer System has been manufactured to produce an alarm signal in the event of a high water level in the basin. Be sure to call the emergency service number (listed below and on the panel label) as soon as possible when your alarm sounds. The alarm will have a red light and a buzzer will sound. If the light remains on, water usage must be restricted. Continued water use while the alarm is active could result in a back-up into the house or overflow into the yard. Please notify us even if the alarm clears itself.
